Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and convenient. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

General Returns and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges are available for online purchases made on our website within 30 days of receiving the item, subject to conditions. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of factory defects.

Important Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, sealed, unused, and in "sellable" condition.
  • For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge for any damage.
  • Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sanitary products that have been used. 

Refunds or exchanges are only possible for merchandise defects, and we reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges for refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. When processing refunds, the full shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that refunds are not available for items shipped to a freight forwarding address.

Gift Cards and Sale Items:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, and we do not accept returns for these items.

International Orders: We regret that we cannot accept exchanges for orders made outside of the United States. However, our warranty is valid for all purchases made on our website, and we will accept returns within our policy.

Multiple Pads Purchase: If you have purchased multiple pads, we recommend trying out only one pad to test if it works for you. Alternatively, you can order one pad before deciding to purchase a whole set.

Purchases from Other Retailers: If you purchased our product from a store or online retailer other than hannah's official website, please contact the seller directly for any refund or exchange issues. Their policy will override our return/exchange policy in such cases.

Warranty for Handmade Products: As our pads are all handmade, there may be occasional defects, such as a broken snap or a loose string. Our warranty covers such defects for a period of 3 months from the date of in-store purchase or receipt of the item from an online purchase. For online purchases, all shipping costs will be covered by our company once it is established that the item is defective due to materials and/or workmanship. Please contact us as soon as you discover any defects, and we will do our best to make it right for you!
