Shipping Timeframes

YunExpress is our primary international shipping carrier. Once your package reaches the destination country, final delivery may be completed by the local postal service or another local courier.

Delivery typically takes approximately 10–17 business days for major urban areas, depending on the destination.

Areas outside major urban centers may require an additional 5–7 business days.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs processing and local carrier conditions may also occasionally affect delivery times.

Our Policies

• Our fulfillment center operates on business days and is closed on weekends and public holidays. Please consider this when estimating processing and delivery times.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable if you choose to return any portion of your order.
• If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
• Please report any damaged or missing items within three (3) days of delivery so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
• Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and its local delivery partners.
