Please bear in mind that additional time might be necessary for customs clearance, particularly for areas outside major urban centers, which may require an extra 5-7 business days.

We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction but also want to clarify some key policies:
- We cannot be held responsible for damaged orders delivered to freight addresses or addresses outside the U.S.
- Our facility operates on business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. Please consider this when estimating delivery times.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event you wish to return any part of your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to a delivery attempt failure or refusal, a refund will be issued, minus shipping costs.

As a result, there is a possibility of incurring duties and taxes, for which the customer assumes responsibility. In the event that a package is returned due to non-payment of these duties and taxes, regrettably, we are unable to reship it to you without requiring you to cover the shipping and handling costs once more. International Exchanges & Returns
We regret to inform you that all international orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to the high shipping costs and labor involved. Additionally, all sale items are considered FINAL SALE with no returns or exchanges accepted.
