UPS SurePost: Shipments take 3-10 (sometimes longer) business days to major urban areas in USA. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order is shipped. Add additional 5-7 business days for areas outside of major urban centers.

Our Policies
*Hannah Health One Inc. is not liable for any damaged orders that are shipped to freight addresses or any addresses outside the U.S.
*Our facility does not operate on weekends and national holidays. Please plan delivery time accordingly.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order.
*If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 1 delivery attempt or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you. After 1 unsuccessful attempt, the order will be refunded, minus all shipping costs.
* You must report any damage or missing item that could have occurred between our facility to the shipping address on the order within three (3) days from the delivery date marked by the carrier. We will not be able to investigate any delivery exception past this timeframe.
Order Processing Times
All online orders will be mailed out within 2-3 business days, unless there is an unexpected delay. Please note that orders placed during a sale may take a few extra days to ship due to increased order volume.
For non-deliveries / deliveries to wrong addresses due to address errors by the customer, Hannah Health One Inc. does not assume responsibility to send out replacements.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any item within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. Price adjustments will not be allowed on some orders that receive promotion discounts (e.g. BOGO Sales, Promotional Coupons, Holiday Sales).
