Shipping Information

We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process. All orders are shipped using the following carriers:

  • UPS ECONOMY: Shipments typically take 3-5 business days to reach major urban areas in the USA, although delivery times may occasionally extend beyond this range. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery to areas outside major urban centers.

  • Up to $79.99 USD: $6.99 USD
  • $80 and up: FREE
  • Hawaii, Alaska, U.S Armed Forces: $7.99 USD
  • $80 and up: FREE
  • U.S Territories: $9.99 USD

*Please note that shipping prices may increase due to products sold by other brands or stores. These external factors can impact our overall shipping costs, which may result in higher rates. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible and appreciate your understanding.


Our Policies

  • Hannah Health One Inc. is not responsible for orders damaged during shipment to freight addresses or locations outside the U.S.

  • Our facility operates on business days and is closed on weekends and national holidays. Please plan your delivery expectations accordingly.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event you wish to return any portion of your order.

  • If a package is returned to us by our carrier after one unsuccessful delivery attempt or a refusal, we are happy to reship it for you. After one unsuccessful attempt, the order will be refunded, minus all shipping costs.

  • Any damage or missing items between our facility and the shipping address on the order must be reported within three (3) days of the carrier's delivery date. We cannot investigate delivery exceptions beyond this timeframe.

  • It's important to be aware that once a package departs from our office, the selected shipping service assumes full control over it. If tracking was chosen, you'll receive tracking updates at the email address provided during checkout. All tracking information is directly supplied by the shipping service, which can be UPS. It's crucial to understand that Hannah does not possess additional tracking details and is not liable for any delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by the shipping service.

  • In the event that a package is marked as 'Delivered' but hasn't been received, customers should contact their local UPS Store for further assistance and to initiate claims.

Order Processing Times

All online orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days unless there is an unexpected delay. Please note that during sale periods, orders may take a few extra days to ship due to increased order volume.

Address Errors and Replacements

For non-deliveries or deliveries to incorrect addresses resulting from customer address errors, Hannah Health One Inc. does not assume responsibility to send out replacements.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment on any item within 7 days of the initial purchase with the original receipt. Please note that price adjustments are not applicable to orders that have received promotional discounts (e.g., BOGO Sales, Promotional Coupons, Holiday Sales).
