How do I participate?

Joining is easy! Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn seeds!

How can I earn seeds?

You can earn seeds by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Simply click on the 'Earn Seeds' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities.

What can I redeem my seeds for?

Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned seeds. Just visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our exciting reward options.

How do I redeem my seeds?

Exchanging your seeds for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

How do I check my seeds balance?

Your up-to-date seeds balance is always displayed on your My Account Page, or the Rewards Pop-Up.

Does it cost anything to begin earning seeds?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn seeds. 

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the seeds to your account immediately!

How long will it take for seeds to post to my account?

You should receive seeds in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Do my seeds expire?

Nope! Your seeds will never expire.

What happens to my seeds if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $1, earn 2 seeds' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra seeds to get there?

We currently require you to have enough seeds to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.

What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?

From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.

Terms & Conditions

  • The hannah Rewards Program is sponsored by G&E Healthcare Co., Ltd. ("Hannahpad"). By becoming members of the hannah Rewards Program, members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from hannah except where expressly disallowed as a profile preference. The hannah logo, and any other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of G&E Healthcare Co., Ltd. Membership rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
  • The hannah Rewards Program is based on members earning seeds ("points") to spend on eligible rewards available through the program at the time. The loyalty points accumulated cannot be transferred to any other membership nor exchanged for cash. Seeds accumulation does not apply to taxes and/or shipping charges. Same applies for minimum spend required to earn seeds through referral; referee must spend posted minimum amount before taxes and/or shipping for the referrer to earn seeds. 
  • Membership is non-transferable and subject to present and future program rules. Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the hannah Rewards Program. Hannah may change the hannah Rewards Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Hannah may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
  • Hannah may, at any time, terminate or modify the hannah Rewards Program and program rules without any further obligations to members.
  • Abuse of the hannah Rewards Program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, product, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by hannah in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member’s account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificates, and termination of the business relationship with hannah. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the hannah Rewards Program, hannah reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs.
  • Hannah reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by hannah shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
  • Hannah reserves the right to make hannah Rewards Program points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
  • A member may cancel his or her Membership at any time by notifying hannah by email, telephone or in person. Hannah, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an individual Membership.
  • Privacy Policy: The information provided by the member will be used solely by hannah and for tracking reward points and marketing activities only. It will not be sold or provided to other organizations.
