Designed to be worn on its own without pads, tampons, or menstrual cups on lighter-flow days, it combines soft organic cotton inner layers with a flexible stretch body for comfortable movement throughout the day.
We recommend choosing one size larger than your standard size to allow for period bloating and a more comfortable fit. For additional sizing guidance, click here.

Care Instructions
Wash before first use.
- After use, rinse with cold water to remove menstrual flow.
- Wash with natural laundry soap or detergent. For deeper cleaning, soak for approximately 6 hours or overnight.
- Hand wash or machine wash in cold water.
- Allow to dry completely before wearing again.
Do not bleach, dry clean, or use fabric softener.
