It can be worn on its own without pads, tampons, or menstrual cups, with built-in absorbent protection designed to help manage menstrual flow while giving you extra coverage through the hips and back.

Care Instructions
Wash before first use.
- After use, rinse with cold water to remove menstrual flow.
- Wash with natural laundry soap or detergent. For deeper cleaning, soak for approximately 6 hours or overnight.
- Hand wash or machine wash in cold water.
- Allow to dry completely before wearing again.
Do not bleach, dry clean, or use fabric softener.
